All in stock items will ship within 1-2 business days via USPS Priority Mail. All Pre-Orders will ship 4-7 days after purchase, via USPS Priority Mail. If your order is urgent please notify us through email or call. All apparel ship for free.
Refund/Returns Policy:
Quiet Time Candles Boutique does not accept returns for candles or body/home fragrance sprays. All sales are final.
If you are not satisfied with your apparel, or domestics purchase, you MUST contact us within 2 days of the delivered date. DO NOT SEND ITEMS BACK WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION, IT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Once you have received authorization for your return, the item needs to be folded nicely in original packaging w/tags, if any, not balled up in the bottom of the box. (Not worn, free of cigarette, perfume or deodorant smell, free of human or dog hair or stains). Items should immediately be returned within 10 days of being given authorization for return. If it is past that time, your package will not be accepted. We cannot accept returns 1 or 2 months later.
The original shipping and handling charges (if any) are not refundable. The buyer is responsible for shipping and handling for both return and exchange. Once the item has been returned and meets the resellable requirements, you will be credited for the amount of the item in the form the payment was received, minus a $5.00 restocking fee. If you return an item that has been worn, has deodorant stains, perfume aroma and does not meet the resellable requirements, you will not be refunded and the item will be returned back to you. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for your refund to show on your credit card statement.
